Iniks is able to provide multiple service levels to fit all our customers' support requirements.

Iniks carries out all "preventive and corrective" maintenance and administration tasks necessary to maintain nominal service in accordance with contractual SLAs (including HW replacement). We have been selected to design a Managed Services solution for a mobile operator based in France with a complex signaling multi-sites architecture.

The objective was to build a solution focused on ensuring continuity of service while assisting in the planning, budgeting and managing annual maintenance costs.
    In Q2 2009, Iniks designed and developed a solution based on an "Iniks trained" team delivering:
  • System backup on a daily/weekly basis
  • On-site preventive inspections
  • Faulty and preventive HW replacement (HW, SW and logistic)
  • Spare strategy management
  • Spare management, Spare Inventory Rotation and Spare database update
  • Regular full system audit
  • Permanent technical and management On-Call duty for service restoration
  • Trouble ticket management and escalation to next level support
  • Executive KPI and reporting (ORM, etc)
